Entropy is the Mainline to God

Released

Having spent the previous few years reviving the Veldt by name and releasing a scattering of singles and EPs, Danny and Daniel Chavis, leading a quintet lineup of the group, released the first Veldt album in a quarter of a century with the fierce, righteous and uplifting Entropy Is The Mainline To God. The brothers’ musical and lyrical focus never wavers, with a cover of the Chambers Brothers’ “Check Out Your Mind” and an interpretation of Mobb Deep’s “Get Away” sitting alongside soul-shout raging-guitar-blissouts like “Slave Ship Serenade” and “Soul Power.”
